About Homestead 15
Homestead Fitness is excited to host the second annual Homestead 15! We are pleased to offer two races: 5K and 15K. This chip-timed event begins at 8:30 am and will lead you through the quaint streets of downtown Lynden, alongside the award-winning Homestead Golf Course, down winding picturesque paths, and on the way you'll enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Baker as you head further out of town to experience rural Lynden. This is a race you'll be eager to add to your yearly race repertoire!

After your race, you'll be treated to refreshments and be able to peruse several booths from Homestead Fitness and other local vendors. There will also be amazing prizes and giveaways!

Packet Pick Up
Each registered runner will receive a race packet complete with your racing bib and other fabulous goodies!

Packets can be picked up at the Homestead Fitness Center - 115 East Homestead Blvd - the day before the race - Friday, Sept 9 - from 2 - 8pm
You must present photo I.D. in order to pick up your packet
If you are picking up a packet for someone other than yourself, you will need a signed note from that person, including a contact phone number.
We encourage you to pick up your packet the day before the race to ensure a more relaxing race day! If you are unable to, however, you will be able to pick up your packets starting at 7:30 am. the morning of the race.

The race begins Homestead Fitness Center and finishes at Bender Fields - 8770 Bender Rd.

Please park at Bender Fields, but remember the race STARTS at Homestead Fitness Center - it’s a short 1/2 mile walk from Bender Fields to Homestead Fitness Center.

Routes close at 11:00 am.
Day Of Registration
Registration on race day will be available from 7:15 to 8:00 am.
Prizes
15K prizes are $200 cash for first place male and female, and $50 for second place male and female.

5K prizes are gift cards for first and second place male and female.

There will also be random drawn prizes available to every participant! (*Random prizes will be drawn with bib numbers, you must be present to win.)
Results
This race is a chip-timed event performed by Hamster Endurance Running. Race results will be posted online after the race is completed.
Free Kids Race!
Kids can participate in a 1/2 mile race made just for them!!

Starting line is at Bender Fields, at 10:30 am
Three great prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in the following age groups:
